At White Poppy Preservation, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home accents and want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most non-customized products.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
